If the ink in the ink cartridge has been used up, the serial number will be detected, the chip will be locked, and the ink cartridge will no longer be able to detect the chip and print, so please make sure there is some ink remaining in the ink cartridge before filling the ink. 2.Before filling the ink cartridge with ink, please close the chip information on the printer before the ink runs out. 3.After refilling the ink, please install the ink cartridge. The ink capacity of the ink cartridge cannot be reset. The printer will prompt a warning of insufficient ink, but the ink capacity in the ink cartridge is sufficient, which does not affect normal printing.
